Description:
Box Compression Testing Machine is specially designed for sofa spring framework and spring package and design of testing instrument,It can meet the requirements of the following three tests:
(1) The durability test
According to presetting of repeated pressure test pressure conditions, the cycle can be set in advance, to automatically stop.
(2) Compression range relation with stress testing
According to the pre-established schedule down, put in place to stop. On the pressure gauge reads the stroke of spring force, on the LCD screen is displayed values.
(3) A specific amount of spring compression test under pressure
Clamp down to stop after setting pressure, LCD screen display the pressure value of the compression stroke length.
The maximum pressure is 50 KG,The highest control stroke is 150 mm.
Maintaining:
1. Cleaning: keep the machine clean, cotton cloth to wipe before and after each use of application of commissioning, to keep them clean.
2. Rust: metal parts on the machine surface spraying rust-proof oil once a week (2 hours after rub-up injection).
3. Lubricating oil: monthly in the machine transmission parts (such as screw) charging lubrication (choose) normal
4. Maintenance: check whether the control panel buttons normally on a regular basis.
Avoid in the following situations:
4. 1 In place of vibration and swing to use;
4. 2 Direct sunlight place;
4. 3 High temperature, dusty, wet places.
4. 4 Good they can supply the alternating current (ac) of the unit, ensure use safety;
4. 5 Do not use strong solvents (such as benzene, nitro class oil) cleaning machine is enough.
4. 6 No injection water in the machine and sundry, in case of electrical components damage and electric shock.
4. 7 Disassembling and tests of the instrument within the display can only be subject to approval by the ministry of national metrology units and the company responsible for that other person shall not, without repairing.
